1^st Marine Battalion ‘E’ – Company passing out and Insignia awarding ceremony at SLNS Vidura

‘E’ – Coy of SLN 1st Marine Battalion was passed out and it’s Insignia awarding ceremony has been held at SLNS Vidura on 09^th January 2020. ‘E’ – Coy consisted with 46 Marines including 2 Officers and 44 Sailors.

The inauguration ceremony of the Marine Battalion and insignia pinning was graced by Commander of The Navy Vice Admiral KKVPH De Silva as the Chief Guest and senior officers from the try-services and a host of family members of passed out Marines officers and sailors were also present at the occasion.
