All Marine Battalion personnel should appear for a special PET conducted by Marine Battalion annually. Any personnel failed to achieve the minimum physical fitness standard in successive two occasions will forgo Marine Battalion special allowance until qualifying in future attempts. Those who failed PET for consecutive two years will not be retained in Marine Battalion unless the substandard physical fitness is owing to wound in action, operational duty or training. Any personnel failed to attempt PET owing to operational deployment, foreign training and local training or away from the navy have the option of appearing next available PET at Marine Battalion HQ. CO Marine Battalion to conduct a special PET in every month for such personnel and report to the NHQ.
